Water Safety Around Hydroelectric Facilities

Rio Tinto and Resolute Forest Products are joining forces for a second year in a row to raise public awareness about risks in the areas surrounding their hydroelectric facilities in the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean region. The two companies are reminding people that they need to exercise caution both upstream and downstream of the facilities, whether they are on the banks or on nearby rivers or bodies of water.
