Built in 2000, Alma Works has the greatest production capacity across our regional network and records excellent environmental performance. The smelter primarily produces rods, remelt ingot and foundry ingot.The very first inert anode prototype cells of our ELYSIS joint venture will be built at the Alma site. This will allow us to produce aluminum completely free of carbon emissions.
